Ryann Carlson


Ryann is a superhero: seriously. Not only is she the most challenging, motivating, and creative trainer that you will find anywhere, she is also raising three young kids and a husband too—no easy task.

Ryann has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, teaching group fitness classes like Body Pump, Boot Camp, and Spinning. She has run multiple marathons, including the iconic Boston Marathon.

In 2016, Ryann started reDefine Fit because she was tired of seeing people lost in the same old failing exercise routines and lifestyle habits that were making them want to give up on their health. Her passion is to help people transform their lives, which has implications far beyond simply losing weight or achieving a particular fitness goal. Ryann is redefining what it means to be fit, which is as much about the mind as it is the body.

Ryann is a licensed personal trainer through the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and also has a degree in nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado.
